How to Use
- Twist or snip the narrow end off one capsule.
- Squeeze the contents into your palm and rub the hands together.
- Work through the mid-lengths and ends of clean, towel-dried hair. A little can be massaged into a dry scalp.
- Leave in, or rinse out after a while if your hair feels heavy — both are normal for this type of product.
- Two or three times a week is enough.
Patch Test Before the First Use
Do this once, before the first full application, and it takes two minutes. Put a small amount behind the ear or on the inner elbow, leave it for 24 hours, and do not use the product if the skin reddens, itches or stings. One is designed to be a full application for average-length hair. Long or very thick hair may want two. If your hair looks flat the next day, you used too much — go back to one and keep it off the roots.
Leave in or wash out?
Either. Start by leaving it in on the ends only. If it feels heavy, apply it before a wash instead and rinse it out.
Will it suit my hair type?
Rich masks, butters and heavy oils suit thick, coarse, curly or chemically treated hair. Fine or oily hair usually does better with a lighter product used only on the ends — too much weight and it goes flat. If you are unsure, use less and see how the hair behaves before the next wash.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight, with the cap closed. A bathroom shelf away from the shower is fine; the windowsill is not. Heat and light break down oils and actives faster than anything else.
