Terms of service

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. Your order is confirmed when accepted through the website, message, email or another confirmation process. We may contact you to verify order information.

In-stock products follow the stated delivery estimate. Pre-orders follow the delivery timeframe shown on the product page.

Prices are in BDT unless stated otherwise. If an obvious pricing or listing error affects your order, we may contact you before fulfilment to correct or cancel the affected item and arrange any applicable refund.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate billing, contact and delivery information.

After a pre-order is confirmed, a 50% advance payment is required before sourcing begins. The balance is normally payable by Cash on Delivery (COD), unless another arrangement is agreed for the order.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Bangladesh law.
