Where is my batch number?
Look for Batch No., B.No. or Lot No. on the label, base or crimp of the pack. Enter that code, not the barcode or order number.
- Tube: inspect the folded crimp at the sealed end.
- Bottle: check the base or printed label.
- Box: check the side or bottom panel.
Position varies by product. Do not infer authenticity from packaging appearance alone.
What does a matching record mean?
A match shows a batch recorded by AYESH. Compare the product name and dates with your pack. A batch match alone does not authenticate an individual pack or replace manufacturer verification.
My batch was not found. What next?
Check the printed code and try again. A missing record does not by itself mean a product is counterfeit. Request a review with clear photos of the pack, batch number and your order details.
