Product Overview
The Botanique range is TRESemmé’s plant-ingredient line, and Nourish & Replenish is its dry-hair variant, built on coconut oil and aloe vera. Both are sensible choices rather than decorative ones: coconut oil is among the very few oils shown to penetrate the hair shaft rather than sit on it, and aloe is a genuine humectant that helps hair hold water.

How to Use a Conditioner
- Squeeze the water out of your hair first. Conditioner cannot get into hair that is already saturated — this one step makes more difference than the product you choose.
- Apply from the mid-lengths to the ends. Keep it off the scalp; roots do not need conditioning and it is what makes hair go flat.
- Comb through with a wide-tooth comb to spread it evenly and detangle while there is slip in the hair.
- Leave it two to three minutes.
- Rinse in cool water. Cold closes the cuticle and the shine is visibly better for it.
Why Coconut Oil Is Worth Something Here
Most oils in hair products sit on the outside of the strand and make it feel smooth. Coconut oil is unusual: its molecule is small and shaped in a way that lets it pass into the shaft itself. Hair that has taken up coconut oil swells less when it gets wet, and hair that swells less loses less protein in the wash. That is a measured effect, not a marketing line, and it is why coconut keeps appearing in hair products across South Asia and beyond.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need the matching shampoo?
No. Conditioners work perfectly well on their own, and the conditioner is the half of a pair that does most of the visible work.
Will it weigh fine hair down?
It can if you use too much or put it near the roots. Keep it to the last few inches and rinse thoroughly.
Will it suit my hair type?
Most shampoos suit most hair. The differences that matter are how strongly it cleans and how much it conditions: fine or oily hair wants a lighter wash, dry or coarse hair wants a richer one. Coloured and chemically treated hair does best with sulfate-free.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool and dry with the cap closed. A shelf away from the shower spray is better than one in it — constant heat and steam shorten the life of any formula.
